Here’s what I do: Apply a small amount to temples–or wherever the headache is. Also add some right at the top of the neck or base of skull. Be sure to drink some extra water, maybe some electrolytes. A favorite homemade recipe for electrolytes is 16 ounces pure water, juice of half a lemon, 1/4 tsp pink salt or other healthy salt, and 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup. Mix well and drink. Lie down for a moment and be delighted!
